Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

This lovely cozy cottage is located in a beautiful location in the outskirts of the Frisian Noordwolde, where there are many birds to be seen. Fully furnished, with a cozy pellet stove and a wood stove, this is really a place to relax and unwind! The cottage has its own garden and borders a forest, where you can take a nice walk and in the vicinity there are many more hiking areas. You can also walk from the cottage to a nice swimming pool in about 20 minutes.

You can do that at the harbor, or we can sail your houseboat to Knarland, where you can enjoy yourself. Renting a sloop to be able to go back and forth to Harderwijk or Zeewolde is one of the possibilities and is of course the ultimate water feeling.
