Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Living in an old school

Achtung: Es gibt keine Zentralheizung. Es gibt einen Heißluftofen, dieser ist ähnlich wie ein Kachelofen, gibt aber schnell mollige Wärme. Bei der Ankunft ist eingeheizt und die Wärme reicht meist bis zum nächsten Vormittag. Das anfeuern ist einfach! Entspannen, Ruhe genießen auch Stille in einer stilvollen Gästewohnung, sich wohlfühlen egal wie das Wetter ist. Ganz ruhig auf dem Land, hier gibt es keine Ablenkung, keine Geschäfte, kein Café, nichts. Willkommen in the Middle of Nüscht.

Die voll ausgestattete Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Außenbereich: kleiner eingezäunter Garten mit Grill-Möglichkeit. Ob für Tier-und Naturliebhaber, Angler, Pilze-Sammler oder einfach nur Ruhe-Suchende verspricht dieser Ort Entspannung pur. Hunde sind willkommen.

Our cozy vacation apartment in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark offers approx. 70 m² of space for 2–4 people. The duplex extends over two floors and impresses with its quiet location and wide view of the greenery. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a special atmosphere in the room and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fiber optic internet. A place to breathe and feel good.

kulturhaus wahrenberg

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...
