BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Welcome to the apartment centrally located on the market square! In the half-timbered house, which was comfortably renovated in 2022, 55 square meters can accommodate 2 to 3 people. Numerous sights (castle, cathedral, museum, theater) and lakes (Pfaffenteich, Schweriner See) can be reached in 1 to 5 minutes by foot. Whether you prepare your favorite food with the full kitchen equipment or visit one of the many restaurants or cafes nearby: Experience an unforgettable stay in the heart of Schwerin.

Diese Wohnung liegt absolut zentral. Es besteht die Option auf ein zweites großes Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Bett, Klimaanlage, Infrarotstrahler, Couch TV und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche hat neben Herd und Ofen eine Espressomaschine, Thermomix und einen Waschtrockner. Die Katzen gehören mit dazu und werden völlig automatisch versorgt. Keine Verpflichtung für euch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Parkplatz findet ihr entweder im Parkhaus 10€ oder 20min Fußweg entfernt gratis.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The apartment is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1850. In 2012, we carefully awakened the Uhlehuus from its slumber and restored it sustainably. The apartment is located in the main house, where we also live, but is completely separated and forms a self-sufficient unit with its own entrance, and its own large terrace with garden. The spacious property is fenced. Your children and your four-legged friends can romp undisturbed and make friends with sheep and goats.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

This special property is located in a listed villa in the row at the Pfaffenteich directly in the center of Schwerin. Attractions, shopping and several lakes are close by and within walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished in June 2023 and offers 2 bedrooms and a stylishly furnished living room with lake view. In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.
