Our newly renovated house, boasts a spacious 150m2 area spread across 2 levels. It features a delightful living area with access to the 1400m2 garden, along with three bedrooms equipped with 160 beds, and an upstairs dormitory accommodating up to 4people.

Ty Nid est une Tiny House ou un logement atypique avec chambre à l'étage. De taille réduit, ce petit nid vous offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Situé dans une maison bretonne typique en pierre, cet hébergement est mitoyen avec la maison des propriétaires. Vue sur le jardin, vous y avez aussi accès. Attention escalier pentu! Next to a farm, we are 8 km from the beaches, in the Auray region and Quiberon Bay, close to the Gulf of Morbihan and the Ria d'Etel, and the Saint Laurent and Baden golf courses. Entirely renovated on 2 levels, you will appreciate the spacious rooms and the careful decoration of the house. You can enjoy its large garden and the proximity to beaches. Ideally located in the heart of Carnac, you will appreciate the proximity to restaurants, cafes, shops, and historical sites. Beaches are just 5 minutes walk away. Enjoy!

Charming apartment, all comforts, located on the upper floor of our house. It is very functional with equipped kitchen, private bathroom, independent entrance. We provide bed and bath linens. "Pinta" Australian Shepherd is free to roam the property. We're on the way to the beaches, so no more traffic in the summer. Ideally located 10 minutes from the sea. Close to Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes, Lorient and the Gulf of Morbihan.
