Das Gebäude wurde 1952 errichtet und von 2022 -2023 saniert. Then runs for 2 hours and then shuts down automatically. A highlight- large outdoor mobile kitchen. Cooking fun under the stars is guaranteed ! Holiday house Paula for 2 people

The very small, but very rustic and cozy holiday house Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed change in the season, basically 3 p.m. Check-in time, 10 a.m. Check-out time, of course, it is also more relaxed by appointment! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

The apartment "Seaside 2" is quietly located yet in the center of Prerow in a straight line to the lake bridge. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is 600 meters to the beautiful beach and the pier. This apartment was completed in 2020 and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant holiday. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern new kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee machine and much more.

The apartment has a cozy living room with kitchen and dining area as well as a fireplace, two bedrooms and bathroom. Our guests expect a stylish ambience to relax and replenish at this vacation home. One car parking space is available. The apartment is for max. 4 Pax and here you can enjoy a view on the Bodden. The house has a sauna and the firewood is not included in the cost. The apartment is centrally located and the beach is 500m away.

Cozy holiday home with large garden

The quiet, cozy cottage with a very large garden is covered with thatch and is just 10 minutes by bike from the beach. It offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful living and dining room on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Besides there are 2 terraces that adjoin the elongated garden. A supermarket, bakery etc. are also only 10 minutes away, opposite there is a horse riding facility.

Maritime and lovingly furnished non-smoking holiday apartment (first occupancy 06/20) on the first floor of a 5-party East Sea villa, which has three rooms. There are two free parking spaces directly in front of the front door. The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes. The beach and the sea are also within easy walking distance.

Our apartment(36 sqm) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea holiday, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with awning invites you to linger outdoors. Guest parking is available on the premises. There are also storage facilities for bicycles. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
