The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

It offers a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful living and dining room on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also 2 terraces adjacent to the elongated garden. A supermarket, bakery, etc. are also only 10 minutes away, opposite there is a riding facility.

Die am Haus befindliche, große Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem eigenen Kanu oder Stand-up-Paddle können Sie die Umgebung erkunden. Am Bootssteg können Sie selbstverständlich auch Angeln (Ausnahme im Mai). Auf dem grossen Grundstück befindet sich noch ein kleines Haus.

There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
