The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

Prerow „Seaside 2“- strandnah!

Die Ferienwohnung „Seaside 2“ liegt ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum von Prerow in gerader Linie zur Seebrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum wunderschönen Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es 600 Meter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2020 fertiggestellt worden und mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Urlaub ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, moderne neue Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Kaffeemaschine uvm.

-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Since summer 2017, I have been offering this barrier-free and 120 sqm apartment for 4-6 people, which is ideal for family, couples or even a group vacation. The non-smoking apartment is centrally located in the village and offers the perfect starting point for extended bike tours and walks. Both the beach and the nature reserve can be reached within a very short time.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
