Sociable pets allowed; we have a dog and a cat. Guests can park their car in front of the gate. Gazeran train station is 10 minutes drive away, with trains to Versailles (30 minutes) and Paris (45 minutes). Hiking trails, the Rochers d’Angennes, the Rambouillet Forest, Chartres Cathedral, the châteaux of Versailles, Rambouillet, Maintenon, and more…

Entire house: 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, large garden

Authentic house-with cat!-, quiet in a large garden, the forest at the end of the road, in the village of Poigny-la-forêt. 10 min from Rambouillet, 1 hour from Paris by car, 35 min by train. 2 bedrooms each with its own large double bed and its own bathroom/toilet. Shaded terrace with BBQ and deckchairs in large garden. In winter: fireplace with wood. Two bikes available. Sheets + towels provided. My cat Gaspard will be on site. On weekends, arrival possible from Friday morning and stay until Sunday afternoon.

Homestay but independent, upstairs bedroom in a small annex next to our house. A 7-minute walk from Épernon train station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine, a kettle, and a mini-fridge are available, as well as tea and coffee. Outside, there is a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.
