Shaded terrace with BBQ and deckchairs in large garden. In winter: fireplace with wood. Two bikes available. Sheets + towels provided. My cat Gaspard will be on site. On weekends, arrival possible from Friday morning and stay until Sunday afternoon.

Located 2.5 km from Gazeran SNCF train station, Rambouillet is 5 minutes away, Versailles is 25 minutes away, Chartres is 31 minutes away and Paris Montparnasse is 40 minutes away. The animals in the park will delight the children. Many hiking trails are accessible.

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.
