Roddan is an original village with red brick houses. The charm of this place is nature, rural life, a bit off the beaten track, without mass tourism. There are many cycling routes, swimming areas in the old Elbe river basins and forest roads for long walks. Our garden is large, there is a place for dinner at a table for 10 people, there is a place to relax on the grass and by the fire. In the autumn and winter season, you have to heat the house yourself with a stove (on the ground floor), and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms.

Time out in the countryside in the "Forsthaus Hohe Heide"

In the old forester's house in the middle of the forest, far away from civilization, enjoy untouched nature and silence, sleep heavenly and recharge your batteries. Pure country vacation! You step out of house and you are surrounded by nature. Collect wild herbs, wild berries and mushrooms right outside the front door or meet rabbits, deer, badgers & Co. A vacation on the farm, only without a fence. At night you can admire the stars at the fire pit and gaze into the depths of space. The house is perfect for families.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Tiny house at the edge of a meadow with sheep

At this location, you're surrounded by sheep, horses, and chickens. The cabin is located on the edge of an estate. From the large window of the cabin, you have a wonderful view of the flock of sheep, depending on the season. The region is perfect for hiking and cycling. There are several lakes and smaller bodies of water nearby. The tiny house is in a secluded location. There is a fire pit with a grill. We provide the ingredients for making campfire bread. There is firewood in the yard.

Vacation home in Prignitz

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a large property without direct neighbors, you have nature to yourself. The Havel and Elbe rivers are in the immediate vicinity, and extensive cycling tours are available. The house is very well equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, as well as a sofa bed for two people. Two shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen are included. The garden invites you to linger and relax with plenty of space.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Cozy apartment in the middle of a natural paradise

The apartment is located in the annex of our single courtyard "Rabennest" in the biosphere reserve, surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes. The farm is located just behind the dyke. The fully equipped apartment can accommodate 2-3 people. Exterior: small fenced garden with barbecue option. Whether for animal and nature lovers, anglers, mushroom collectors or just those seeking peace, this place promises pure relaxation. Dog's are welcome.

Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

FeWo Strodehne, barrier-free, child-friendly

The village is quietly located, directly on an old Havel arm. If you are looking for tranquility and nature, this is the place to be! From water activities such as swimming and stand-up paddling to fascinating bird and crane watching, the area offers a variety of ways to connect with nature. In the evening, the Westhavelländer Sternenpark invites you to stargaze.

Cozy 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a large kitchen-living room with fireplace. In the bathroom you will find a whirlpool bathtub and large shower. Together with our other guests, you can use the sauna, hot tub and garden with dining area and fire basket as well as the fitness room.
