You step out of house and you are surrounded by nature. Collect wild herbs, wild berries and mushrooms right outside the front door or meet rabbits, deer, badgers & Co. A vacation on the farm, only without a fence. At night you can admire the stars at the fire pit and gaze into the depths of space. The house is perfect for families.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Roddan to oryginalna wioska, z domami z czerwonej cegły. Urok tego miejsca to przyroda, wiejskie życie, trochę na uboczu cywilizacji, bez masowej turystyki. Jest tu wiele tras rowerowych, są kąpieliska w starych dorzeczach Elby i leśne drogi na długie spacery. Nasz ogród jest duży, jest w nim miejsce na kolacje przy stole na 10 osób, jest miejsce na relaks na trawie i przy ognisku. W sezonie jesienno-zimowym dom trzeba samemu opalac piecem (na parterze), a w sypialniach sa grzejniki elektryczne.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Tiny House am Wiesenrand mit Schafen

An diesem Standort bist du umgeben von Schafen, Pferden und Hühnern. Die Cabin liegt am Rande eines Gutshofs. Aus dem großen Fenster der Cabin hast du - je nach Saison - einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Schafsherde. Die Region ist perfekt zum Wandern und Radfahren. In der nähe sind mehrere Seen und kleinere Gewässer. Das Tiny House befindet sich in Alleinlage. Es gibt eine Feuerschale mit Grill. Die Zutaten zum Stockbrot machen stellen wir bereit. Feuerholz gibt es auf dem Hof.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a large property without direct neighbors, you have nature to yourself. The Havel and Elbe rivers are in the immediate vicinity, and extensive cycling tours are available. The house is very well equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, as well as a sofa bed for two people. Two shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen are included. The garden invites you to linger and relax with plenty of space.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...

Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

From water activities such as swimming and stand-up paddling to fascinating bird and crane watching, the area offers a variety of ways to connect with nature. Cozy 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a large kitchen-living room with fireplace. In the bathroom you will find a whirlpool bathtub and large shower. Together with our other guests, you can use the sauna, hot tub and garden with dining area and fire basket as well as the fitness room.
