The bedroom has plenty of closet space and includes a double box spring. In the living room you will find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal.
