For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Cozy guest house next to golf course!

Welcome to our lovely guesthouse located just outside Gothenburg next to Alvhems Kunsgårds Golf Course. If you play golf you have 20 meters to the nearest tee and if you want to go to Gothenburg, it is a 23 minute train ride to Gothenburg Central. The cottage is new and can easily accommodate 4 people. There is room for up to 6 people if you want to sleep in the loft. Private shower/toilet and a simple kitchen are available in the cabin. Cleaning is not included but is done by the guest. In Älvängen center, there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
