Also the indoor pool and the school center with the private university are just a few steps away. The Dümmer is about 12 km away and can be reached quickly by bicycle. Ideal for pilgrims, visitors to the nursing home or even fitters who like to cook themselves. Four-legged friends are also welcome.

Live in a quiet location, close to the city and at the same time directly by the forest in an unusual & stylishly furnished apartment with a fantastic view of the countryside. The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
