This peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family at the foot of the Surtainville dunes. You can access the sea on foot. The garden allows you to spend a pleasant time in complete privacy with the waves in the background and the smells of spray. The cottage has been carefully equipped and decorated. There is a double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. The living room is equipped with a connected TV and a space for children.

You will appreciate its immense fine sandy beach, along the path of the Douaniers (GR 223), 100 m from the house and its location on the Route des Caps!

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Welcome to our gîte Le Pressoir located in the town of Surtainville, close to all shops (1 min walk: bakery, grocery store, tobacco, hairdresser, 10 min walk: restaurant/bar La Houle à Facette, children's games, surf school). This gîte is ideally located to enjoy the beach 14 minutes away on foot, hiking trails (GR223), water activities, the Anglo-Norman islands (from Carteret or Dielette) as well as other must-see sites of the Cotentin peninsula.

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
