Welcome to our cozy apartment in the threshing floor! Close to the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here you can walk to the city centre with lots of restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Old Westerland with the beautiful village church can also be reached in a few minutes! Our apartment is located in a nice Friesenhaus , you will find it on the first floor. It goes over two levels, the upper sleeping area is accessible via a staircase ( due to the location in the Spitzbden, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is generous and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cosy furnishings invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and parking for your car is available behind the house.

Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und sehr klein (ca. 34m2, 1,5 Zimmer) und wurde zuletzt im Januar 2022 renoviert. Einbauküche, Ökodesignboden (phtalatfrei) und Elektrik wurden 2017 erneuert. Für alle geeignet, die am Rande von Westerland sein möchten und denen der "Charme einer Gelbklinkerwohnanlage "Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22" nichts ausmacht. Kleiner Südwestbalkon vorhanden. Parkplatz. Newly renovated apartment right on the beach

The super bright 1-room apartment is located in Wenningstedt directly on the sea in the apartment house Dünenhof for Kronprinzen. There you will find everything you need: a large, mostly wind-protected balcony, a sweet kitchen and the most beautiful beach right behind the house. You can't stay closer to the sea! The house is situated in Wenningstedt on the west beach, the red cliff is within easy reach. On the promenade you can enjoy a sundowner, buy a fish sandwich or walk to Westerland.

Every guest in Sylt is subject to tourist tax ! Please bring your own necessary covers and towels. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Studio apartment in the spa centre of Westerland. The apartment is located on the 6th floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 sqm and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living room/bedroom. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine) and from the living room you have a great view over Westerland.

Quiet retreat for two who like each other! Island central on the local border with Westerland. Car parking, Wi-Fi, bed linens, hand towels and kitchen towels included.
