Downstairs, at ground level, are the fully equipped kitchen & the modern shower room. The apartment is newly renovated and is rented directly by the owner family.

Im Herzen von Wenningstedt und vorallem von Sylt habe ich euch eine großzügige, 65qm große, Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und ist somit sehr ruhig. Abends ist lediglich das plätschern des Bachlaufes aus dem Vorgarten zu hören. Die Wohnungsaufteilung macht es möglich, dass auch das bequeme Schlafsofa für weitere Gäste wunderbar genutzt werden kann. Handtücher,Bettwäsche und die Kurtaxe sind natürlich inklusive

The 2-room duplex apartment in a quiet location in Wenningstedt serves as a perfect rest for couples and solo travelers. The living room and a spacious bathroom is upstairs. In the upper area is a perfect workspace for remote operators with a desk. Coin washer with dryer is available. You can reach the town center and beach in less than 10 minutes. In the garden there is a private area with beach chair available.
