Wonderful room with own balcony

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

Wer Ruhe und Naturnähe sucht, ist in unserem „Fuchsbau“ genau richtig. Das kleine Hinterhaus bietet auf zwei Etagen eine gemütliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Naturliebhaber. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf unserem kleinen Hof am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes Leutratal. Neben unserer 4-köpfigen Familie leben auf dem Hof auch Hühner, Katzen und zwei Pferde. Ponyreiten für kleine Kinder ist möglich (auf Anfrage). Das Leutratal bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren, Wandern und Natur genießen.

In nur 6 Minuten seid ihr mit der Bahn in der Innenstadt und erreicht Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping und Kulinarik. Es befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte sowie eine Apotheke in 200 m Reichweite. Ein separater Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist zugehörig. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

I offer yoga and Ayurvedic treatments in my home. The apartment is tastefully and individually decorated with antiques. The house is situated between Bad Rodach and Coburg. In Bad Rodach is a nice thermal bath. In Coburg you will find all amenities such as cafes, cinema, theater, restaurants. My place is nice for couples, business travelers. I also offer other rooms, so the house is also suitable for families (with children).

Spacious and bright maisonette apartment with 120 sqm of living space, quietly situated in our guesthouse on Rosenstraße. The living and dining area on the first floor offers about 50 sqm, complemented by a storage room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
