For rent is a cottage in Könitz. You can enjoy the "Thuringian Sea" very close. There are also many sights such as the Saalfelder Feengrotten, Heidecksburg Castle, Greifenstein Castle in the vicinity. Furthermore, there is the possibility to devote yourself to various sports activities. Könitz is located directly on the Saale cycle path and directly in Könitz there is a Republic-wide known archery court. On the hall you can practice water sports.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more in the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.

Our small summer house is located about 4 km from the city center of Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic has a beautiful view over the city. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 square meters and is fully fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV,sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. In the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed .

In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis.
