The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Our guest house is idyllically located at the gates of the Franconian Forest surrounded by beautiful hiking areas such as the Steinach Valley. Both Kulmbach and Kronach are about 15 minutes by car, a bus stop is right at your doorstep. Parking is available free of charge. In good weather, the garden can be used for barbecues. Our small summer house is located about 4 km from the city center of Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic and has a beautiful view over the city. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 m² and completely fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV, sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. On the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed.
