We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

This unique modern studio apartment is located on the corner edge of a working horse farm, Trail M Farm. Guest can see horses in the field or take a walk on the many trails that surround the farm. Circle drive for easy access to the road. Located 2 miles south of Wilmington, Ohio. Also 4 miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center) and 8 miles from Robert's Center. Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house, please.

We offer a small country suite. 1 bedrooms 1 bath with full kitchen and sitting area. The entrance to the rental is the walkway to left of the garage. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to enjoy. Guests are invited to relax on outdoor furniture. We request that guests do not enter exterior buildings unattended,if children are in your group they are your responsibility at all times.
