I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. The center is about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores are about a 5-minute walk. Cyclists welcome. You have 4 free bikes for your stay. Tips for trips in the area. Check out my guide. Weekend-Apartment Houska

Apartment Houska is located on the top floor of the Víkendovka Korce house, accessible by a separate entrance. It is a perfectly equipped 100m2 apartment with a fireplace and everything you need to enjoy your holiday with us. In the separate bedroom there are a total of 3 beds, a double bed, one fixed bed and a baby cot. The living room has a double sofa bed and a regular bed. In the garden, there is a choice of several terraces with their own seating, just choose which one you like. You can also use the fireplace and grill.

Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

The "Forsthaus Bielatal": The apartment is located in a sunny secluded location on the 1.5 hectare forest property of the Saxon royal Oberförsterei Reichstein. The listed house was converted into a very special holiday property with 5 apartments (fully equipped incl. kitchen & bathroom) and an additional common room. You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.

The apartment is on the attic floor of a family house. The whole loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment, which can be used all year round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other equipment is partly old preserved, partly restored. The beds are equipped with new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bicycle storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

Spectacular top-floor loft for 2 in Dresden

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

Shops of all kinds as well as central transport connections are in the immediate vicinity.
