The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Cozy 2-story apartment (75 square meters) with children's room or 2nd bedroom, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Living room and one bedroom is on the 3rd floor, the rest on the 2nd floor. A portable crib and highchair are provided free of charge if needed. The public playground is only 100 m away. In the garden there is a small sitting area. A grill is also provided. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is completely closed and for your own use.

Our holiday home is located in the center of the Easter Mountains. Renowned destinations can be reached in a short time by car. Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
