Buses are 150m to get to the station which allow you to reach Paris and Versailles (8mn). Buses also serve HEC, TECOMAH schools and INRA, Velizy-Villacoublay city. You can park your car for free in front of the house. in the summer season, terrace with garden furniture and a dining area (stone barbecue is non-functional ) /!\ No parties allowed /!\

Confortable and new studio of 35 m², fully equiped (Double bed, fournitures, bathroom, WC and Kitchen with acessories, TV and Wifi). A convertible single bed is available for 3rd guest. We are located in a very quiet area due to the large garden. Possibility to rent directly without platform fees (via rental contract for instance ): Please contact me. We are very close (150 m) to RER B 'Lozère station' (20 min. to Paris), and 200 m from polytechnic school and Saclay research area.

You will be charmed by this cosy apartment with an independent entrance to feel at home. The view on the garden and the valley will charm you and are a real freshness asset close to paris. The atmosphere of the living room is very restful and will help you to have a break. Very bright 40m2 apartment in a quiet setting adjoining a forest. Spacious terrace for rest and/or eating outside. Public transportation and nearby highways: - RER B Palaiseau is a 12-minute walk (25/30 minutes to get to the heart of Paris in 25/30 minutes). - A6/A10 at 2 min. - N118 at 7 min.
