Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
