The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Our house is located in a quiet hamlet on the edge of the Double Forest, it will seduce you with its charm and authenticity. This old renovated barn has retained its character with its exposed beams and stones. Spacious, it can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Outside you have a beautiful green space and a sunny terrace without overlooking. The house must be left clean and no smoking is allowed inside.
