T2 à 500m (5mn à pied) de la plage et du centre ville de St Brevin-l’océan. Nous louons notre T2 meublé et équipé de 36m2, indépendant de notre habitation. Le logement se compose d'un salon donnant sur une cuisine ouverte, d'une chambre semi ouverte sur la salle d'eau, un wc séparé. A l'extérieur est à disposition une terrasse aménagée d'une table à manger, plancha, coin détente donnant sur un petit jardin entretenu. Accès libre à la piscine familiale, chauffée (fin avril à septembre).

Located 200 m from the beaches and 500 m from the village and its shops (Sunday market), you can do everything on foot. The outbuilding overlooks the 10/4 m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.20 m and heated from mid-May to September at 29° (space shared with us) A terrace is dedicated to you with table and chairs. Possibility to have access to the gazebo (wooden hut) and sun loungers.

Petit appartement indépendant au sein de notre villa. Bien equipé 1 cuisine 1 gde chambre avec salle de bain privée attenante. Terrasse privée. Accès à notre piscine du 1er mai au 15 oct ( chauffée JUSQU'AU 15 sept ) Calme et situé à 5 minutes en voiture du port et des plages. INFORMATION : incompatible avec les personnes allergiques aux chats. Notre chat vous rendra quelques visites :) A noter logement non fumeur cendrier à disposition pour fumer sur la terrasse .
