Must confess this was our second stay, a year after the first. We liked it so much we came back. Such a perfect setting, w/ all the amenities you could ask for, including great restaurants, parks, market, stores w/in 5-10 minute walk. Although we had a splendid time last year, I don't think we'd have thought to come back if it hadn't been for this place to stay. And Edith is all you could ask for in a host. Another relaxing week of farniente. (And we haven't ruled out a 3rd time...) Thanks for Edith and the welcoming community!

Beautiful rental in Dinard, perfect location near the beach and quality amenities. Tastefully decorated apartment, fully equipped and with sea view. Very quiet. Pleasant and friendly communication, very cordial welcome. We can only recommend this rental, a real favorite!

Family home, in a quiet area. Very well equipped for children, they will inevitably find their happiness among all the toys and games available. Perfect communication with Gildas. Self check-in into the house. I would recommend it in a second.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house, very modern and well equipped. My children loved the darts and table football. Great garden too. Great location. Walking distance to Saint Lunaire and it's great beaches. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay. Very quiet house and garden. Close to shops (soon a convenience store in the city center), and the sea! Kitchen with the necessary equipment + barbecue, which is very useful on sunny days. Perfectly clean rooms with good beds. Proximity to tourist sites (Dinard, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, etc.). So, a place that I highly recommend.

Beautiful stay, in a fully renovated house, with a lot of taste. Everything is in great condition, a large outdoor terrace, with all the desired amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are good quality. 2 bathrooms, as well as 2 toilets, perfect for 6 people. A magnificent kitchen, very well equipped. Olivier is very available to answer the various questions that can be asked, about the region, or other. He is also very accommodating, regarding the time of check-in, or departure. Clearly a great stay in a superb house with a great host. I recommend it 200%. A real vacation stay, without any disappointment. (it's quite rare, and it must be notified). A big thank you to Olivier, for this stay.

Accommodation as advertised. Very clean and functional. Ideal location for visiting the region and ideal location for golfers with very beautiful golf courses nearby including Dinard and Saint-Malo.

A nice well-equipped house, located near a beautiful beach within walking distance. The outside is very nice and quiet. Concierge service was perfect and very responsive. A place to remember 🙂🙂

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We really enjoyed the week in Saint Malo, beautiful and exiting city, perfect appartment directly at the beach, friendly and responsive hosts… Altogether, a perfect relaxing week for all of us. A big thank you to Patrick and family. Andrea and Uwe with daughter Susi and granddaughter Matilda.
