Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Romantique room, au cœur de la Bretagne, avec vue sur le canal. Le confort à été apporté pour les couples, baignoire balnéo deux places dans le SALON, lit spacieux à baldaquin 180/200 cm. Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.

Venez profitez de vos vacances dans cette maison traditionnelle toute en pierre, orientée plein sud, située en campagne entre Manche et Atlantique. Proche de la maison des propriétaires, le logement est équipé pour accueillir 4 personnes et un bébé (nous fournissons tout le matériel nécessaire). Charming family home with terrace and garden. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Bed linen and bath linen are NOT included. It can be provided as an option upon request. Saint Caradec is a typical town in the region known to be at the crossroads of the roads of central Brittany. Saint Caradec is located about ten minutes from Loudéac and Lake Guerlédan and about twenty minutes from Pontivy.

The accommodation is located in a mill dating from the 18th century in central Brittany at the crossroads between Rennes, Vannes, Saint Brieuc and Brest. It is close to Lake Guerlédan, Bon Repos Abbey and the Nantes to Brest Canal. On the border between Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan, its central position will allow you to visit many must-see sites in Brittany.
