On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. A stone building from 1694 having a shape of a fortified castle in the village of Capmany only 14 minutes away from Figueres and 26 minutes from Roses. The fortified construction has a big garden, two terraces, and a covered outdoor space with a pergola. Swimming pool will be ready April 2022. Capmany has more than ten wineries and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine in form of: private dinners, hands-on cooking classes, or local experiences visiting wineries and food producers.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar.
