A mi chemin entre plage (900m) et bourg (700m), profitez de St Gildas à pied ! Je loue une maison que j'occupe à d'autres périodes de l'année. Fonctionnelle, elle dispose d'un jardin indépendant et d'une terrasse sud dans un environnement calme NOTA Le linge (draps, serviettes..) n'est pas fourni. Avec anticipation, la location de draps peut dans certains cas être proposée. Visiter la Presqu'île est moins agréable en hiver, le calendrier est donc bloqué. Gîte indépendant situé au calme dans une impasse, à 1,5 km de la plage des Goh Vélin et 500m du centre bourg et ses commerces ainsi qu’a 3km du Golfe du Morbihan. Au rdc, se trouve la cuisine équipée avec coin repas et salon ainsi qu’un wc. À l’etage se trouve 2 chambres, une avec lit double, et une avec lit simple. La sdb comprend une douche, lavabo, wc, et rangements. Derrière, une grande terrasse aménagée pour profiter de la vie à l’extérieure avec BBQ. Du samedi au samedi juillet et août!

Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

800 m from the beach on foot, and the Rhuys Kerver golf course, close to the Crouesty thalasso, our southwest-facing 2021 house with neat decor, accommodates 8 people. It consists of a large living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 terraces and a garden. From the house, coastal paths of the GR34 for nice walks. Saint-Gildas de Rhuys, a privileged seaside resort for family stays, has many bike paths for those who like cycling.
