Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

La maison est une maison d'architecte avec de beaux volumes, entièrement rénovée en 2018. 2 terrasses de 35 m2 chacune bordent la maison. Plusieurs salons de jardin permettent de profiter du soleil ou de s'en abriter. La piscine est en construction et sera finie en avril, le dessin est le projet! De grandes ouvertures apportent une clarté exceptionnelle à la maison. Toutes les chambres donnent sur les terrasses. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour cuisiner les produits locaux!

Notre gîte “Bleu Vert” entre Golfe et Océan est situé en plein centre de Sarzeau Bourg , commerces et marché à 2 pas, sentier du Golfe à 300 m. Les plages de l'océan sont à 4 km. En couple ou avec deux enfants, cette construction neuve de plain pieds vous séduira assurément . L’espace extérieur comprend une terrasse orientée à l’ouest avec salon de jardin, le tout ouvert sur le jardin paysagé des propriétaires. La piscine, chauffée de Mai à Septembre, sépare les deux habitations.
