Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Gratien

Mon séjour chez Ornela et Mike a été super. Le logement était conforme à la description et encore plus beau sur place. Je m’y suis sentie comme chez moi car il est très cosy. Tout est à disposition et Mike donne de bonnes instructions. L’échange a été fluide et amical. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je reviendrais sans doute. Merci à vous :)

Het appartement ligt in een groene en rustige buurt. Praktisch ingericht en heel schoon. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Jérémie en hij gaf nauwkeurige informatie over het appartement en de omgeving. Supermarkt, bakker zijn om de hoek en het treinstation is ook binnen korte loopafstand te bereiken. Je zit binnen een kwartier in Parijs. Het Italiaanse restaurant San Marco is dichtbij en het eten is heerlijk. Bij een volgend bezoek zou ik zo weer boeken bij Jérémie en Kitkat. Rustig thuiskomen na een bruisend Parijs.

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is really beautiful🤩 Mr Matthieu is friendly and helpful. We were very lucky that we found this place. Moreover we received a kind surprise in the morning🥐

Logement vraiment impeccable niveau propreté, équipement. Hôte au top et très réactif par message et pour trouver une solution à vos problèmes. Appartement très paisible offrant une place de parking intérieur et à proximité du centre d’Enghien 10 minutes à pied.

Belle expérience Airbnb avec Marie et ce très jolie appartement. Très bonne communication. L'appartement était au top et conforme aux photos, joliment agencé, décoré et confortable. Le logement est tout simplement magnifique ! Propre, fonctionnel, et très cocooning. La communication est excellente. Je recommande.☺️

Excellent pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Proche d'une pharmacie, de la poste, de quoi ce restaurer et d'une gare (-10min à pied). Je trouve les bols petits parce que je préfère les grands bols. Cafetière et thés sur place.

Apartement vraiment cosy, on s'y sent bien ! J'y suis allée pour une période d'examens et j'ai pu y aller sans stress, il y avait déjà tout dans l'appartement. Le matela est très comfortable, la cuisine pratique, et la terrasse parfait pour décompresser en fin de journée. A proximité de tout, c'est vraiment Parfait 👌🏻Hôtes très accueillants et réactifs, pour une première expérience sur Airbnb, je ne suis vraiment pas déçue ☺️ Bon il y a la route juste à côté mais ça n'empêche pas de dormir, l'isolation sonore est quand même ok pour l'extérieur 👍🏻

L’appartement correspondait à la description et à nos attentes: propre, refait à neuf, bien localisé et à prix raisonnable. Des épiceries, boulangeries, pâtisseries et restaurants à proximité. Le transport public facilement accessible à partir de la gare à quelques minutes de marche nous connecte à tous le réseaux de la région de Paris (château de Versailles, musée du Louvre, Tour Eiffel, etc.). Fabienne nous a reçus à bras ouverts et donnés plusieurs conseils et suggestions sur le transport et activités. Nous n’hésiterions pas à louer cet appartement à nouveau.

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

logement très agréable et très calme. La proximité de la gare RER est un vrai plus si vous souhaitez aller sur Paris sans vous soucier du trafic. Beaucoup de jolis lieux à découvrir à proximité. je vous le recommande

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Logement hyper pratique, agréable et confortable, la baignoire balneo est vraiment un plus, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Nous avons passé une soirée d’anniversaire inoubliable dans cet appartement rooftop absolument parfait ! Dès les premiers échanges, les hôtes ont été incroyablement réactifs, amicaux et à l’écoute : chaque question a reçu une réponse quasi immédiate. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour : un manuel d'utilisation clair et complet, une cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle ! Une grande table conviviale, des lits sont très confortables et des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre, idéal avec la chaleur, les espaces bien aménagés, et la terrasse tient toutes ses promesses ! Plusieurs assises permettent de créer différentes ambiances, et le jacuzzi est juste exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour une soirée réussie entre amis. Nous avions prévu d'aller à la fête de la musique mais... on a préféré rester là ! C’est dire si l’endroit était parfait… En résumé : un lieu unique, bien équipé, et parfaitement adapté à un moment festif. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
