We rent our 23 m² studio perched on the top floor of the "Rochers": the only building in Castin at the water's edge! Located in the heart of Les Mielles, the shopping center, you can access it by the road leading to the port or directly by the Grande Plage, and enjoy, on foot, almost everything our beautiful seaside resort has to offer. (7 beaches, many restaurants, shops and markets, marina, adventure trail, golf, fishing, horseback riding, GR 34, etc...)

Character house, located in the village, a two-minute walk to the beach. Shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on the peninsula: water sports, walking, shore fishing, etc. It is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25 minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel (20 minutes) etc... You'll love my place because of its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.

Newly renovated in 2023, it is composed of a small but perfectly equipped bathroom with toilet, a 12 m² living room including the kitchen with dining area and armchair to admire the sea and an isolated sleeping area from where you can admire the sunrise over the bay of Saint-Cast lying in your bed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. At the very end of the almost island, it is located close to the beaches (100 meters). It has a south/west facing terrace and a large fenced garden. The house consists of a living room and dining room with sea view, kitchen, shower room, large master bedroom, second bedroom with large bed and small children's bedroom with boat cabin atmosphere.
