23m² air-conditioned studio with balcony offering panoramic views, located on the 2nd floor with elevator. The building is equipped with free Wi-Fi. You will benefit from unnumbered private parking at the bottom of the building, as well as easy access to all shops, including hiking trails nearby. The thermal baths are only 50 meters away! The entrance to the building is secured by a Vigik key from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., please do not forget it when leaving.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
