Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend a disconnected moment in a natural and relaxing setting close to the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet you can sometimes hear the purring of a mower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200m from the marshes. You are 8.5km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14km from Pornichet and 17km from La Baule. Dependency in my self-contained garden. Wifi available but very low speed.. Place to park in the path along my gate.

A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The lounge area with a heated hot tub to relax in. Water heated all year round to 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. A table for an aperitif by the spa.

Maisonnette typique (répertoire BF), en pierres à l'extérieur, "tiny house" tout en bois à l'intérieur : un nid douillet de 20 m2 à l'ombre du grand arbre. Petit+ : baignoire pour se rafraîchir au bord de la fenêtre donnant sur le jardin ! Jardin (entièrement clos) idéal pour une sieste ou un repas sous le grand arbre. + vélos en sécurité. Nous pouvons nous y croiser, mais je suis très discrète ! Un séjour en mode "pause" en perspective.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

Come and discover the Brière Regional Park, the walled town of Guérande or simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this apartment. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
