Former Puppet Museum, this part of the adjoining thatched cottage is typical of Brièronne. Ideal exposure to enjoy the outdoors, with its enclosed garden. On the ground floor, living room including kitchenette and living room (a sofa bed for 2 beds) with access to the garden. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase) a bedroom, with open bathroom and open toilet. Close to the coast, Guérande, La Roche Bernard, in the heart of the Briere for beautiful walks. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend some time disconnected in a natural and relaxing setting near the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, you can sometimes hear the hum of a lawnmower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200 m from the marshes. You are 8.5 km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14 km from Pornichet and 17 km from La Baule. Outbuilding in my garden accessible independently. Wi-Fi available but very low speed. Place to park in the path along my gate.

La Brière, Regional Park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.
