Typical house of the region, located 650 m from the beach of Bonne Source, and 1.5 km from the market place, 3 km from the train station, you will have all shops nearby ( less than 5 minutes walk: bakery, supermarket, tobacco, organic store,...). The house consists of a living room with fireplace and staircase that leads to both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace and small garden sheltered from the wind, bathroom and separate toilet. Functional house and pleasant to live in.

Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

Former Puppet Museum, this part of the adjoining thatched cottage is typical of Brièronne. Ideal exposure to enjoy the outdoors, with its enclosed garden. On the ground floor, living room including kitchenette and living room (a sofa bed for 2 beds) with access to the garden. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase) a bedroom, with open bathroom and open toilet. Close to the coast, Guérande, La Roche Bernard, in the heart of the Briere for beautiful walks.
