The studio is in an old building, very nice if you are looking for peace. Nice view over the rooftops. A bathtub with a window to the sky. The studio is accessible by elevator, it is bright, comfortable and quiet. A stone's throw from Bois de Vincennes and the zoo. If you visit Paris, you will be close to line 1, the tram or bus 86 which takes you to St Germain des Prés via Place de la Bastille. Many excellent shops nearby.

A house near the Bois

Our house is comfortable and located behind a small, very quiet, early 20th century building, 5 minutes' walk to the metro (metro line 1 that crosses Paris very quickly). Bois de Vincennes is 200 m away and Paris is at the end of the street. Please note, this is our primary residence, not a rental house. It is therefore not empty, but full... of our life and we care about it.

Beautiful studio with a balcony in the 11th.

My accommodation is close to the Voltaire/Charonne neighborhood (Nation Metro and RER station - lines 1 and 9) and its many restaurants and bars. You will like the unobstructed view it offers of Paris, the balcony garden, and the modern and functional layout.
