Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Martin-Vésubie

This was such a fabulous Airbnb experience ... I so appreciate Claidia Linda and Fabrizio and their responsiveness ... the apatment was so pretty, easy to find, nice places within walking distance, beach across the street and all amenities were in working order ... couldn't have asked for a better stay!!! ... Thank You!!!

Séjour agréable à Colomars. L'appartement , décoré avec goût, est confortable et correctement équipé pour 2 personnes (à signaler sa fraîcheur très agréable en periode chaude,et ceci sans clim...) Alain et sa compagne sont accueillants et sympathiques.

Endroit très pratique, à proximité de tout et Hôte super accueillants, je recommande

We stayed for couple of nights at Andrea’s place , Apartment is really spacious and clean with a beautiful view. Check in and check was pretty smooth. Would highly recommend this place

J’ai séjourné deux semaines dans ce logement et tout s’est impeccablement bien passé! Jesper est vraiment adorable et a l’écoute! C’est un super hôte. L’appartement à la plus belle vue de la côte, se trouve à proximité de Monaco et du village d’Eze! L’appartement est propre est bien équipé! Les voisins ont parfois été un peux bruyants et il vous faudra toujours prendre la voiture pour les courses et autres mais ça ne m’empêchera pas de revenir! Il y a une super piscine pour l’été! J’ai été triste de partir!

Logement très sympathique non loin de Nice. Elie est un hôte très attentif qui connaît bien la région et qui nous a bien conseillé durant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons

Abbiamo soggiornato, con il nostro gruppo di amici, per un week end nella casa di Olessia e ci siamo trovati molto bene..la casa situata sopra la costa di Mentone gode di una visuale mozzafiato..le stanze sono ben curate e tutte climatizzate..abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo la piscina che si affaccia sul mare. L 'host é stata molto accogliente e ci ha accolto di persona. Consigliamo a tutti di provare questo appartamento

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Audrey und Rocher sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und bestens eingerichtet. Audrey hat alles sehr aufmerksam und geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der wunderschöne Garten mit einem sehr sauberen Pool und vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegeplätzen. Es war ein wunderbarer und ruhiger Platz zum Genießen und Erholen. Audrey und Rocher waren sehr bemüht und diskret. Wir können Perle Riviera nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank an Audrey und Rocher!

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Excellent séjour chez Mickael ! Havre de paix après la foule de Nice, et toutes les belles balades des environs...D’excellents conseils pour les restaurants aussi... A noter, le jardin entièrement clôt et sécurisé, parfait pour notre chien. Nous n’hesiterons pas à revenir !

Aurélie est une super hôte, très accueillante, réactive et flexible. Le logement proposé est une superbe maison contemporaine, offrant une vue magnifique sur toute la baie de Nice. La maison offre un agencement agréable à vivre. Un joli terrain arboré, une piscine et plusieurs terrasses permettent à chacun de trouver son havre de tranquillité.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und konnten uns in dieser schönen Unterkunft rundum erholen. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – und noch viel mehr! Von der liebevollen Ausstattung bis hin zu den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Celine und ihre Familie waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight: perfekt zum Entspannen, Abkühlen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Auszeit! 🌞🌿

War alles super! Wir konnten am morgen um 7 Uhr schon einchecken und Alex war immer erreichbar. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend! Es war ebenso alles genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das, das eine Bett zu zweit bisschen zu knapp war aber das hat dann die Aussicht wieder gut gemacht! Wenn es uns nochmals in diese Gegend verschlägt kommen wir auf jedenfalls wieder :)

Andrea and her husband Matthew were extremely helpful and even came to pick me up when I was a little tired and lost. The place is small but lovely and access to central Nice really easy. I fully recommend their place

Fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Auch vom Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Wir haben 7 Tage hier als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht, die Einrichtung ist toll, es war reichlich Platz.. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüllt!

Shae's place is excellent. Great location, spotless and comfortable. Shae is a great host and super responsive. A great stay 👍

Wir hatten die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt in Monaco. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen, was vor allem für unseren Sohn toll war, so konnte er auch mal allein los und Autos anschauen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen. Wirklich besonders geschmackvoll! Gisele ist ein super Host. Sie hat uns umfangreich und hilfsbereit jederzeit zur Seite gestanden. Und das war auch viel wert, denn es ist mit dem Auto schon eine kleine Herausforderung in Monaco. Aber alles hat super geklappt.

Excellent séjour dans un endroit et un logement très très bien situé. Merci à Ugo pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe. Stores et électricité à rénover

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée, un hôte très accueillant et amical, dans un appartement convivial et un emplacement en flanc de montagne qui laisse une vue prenante sur la colline du château du Guillaumes, proche du village, avec terrain plurisport et chemin en bord de rivière accessible à pied. A 20 min de la station de Valberg, permettant de profiter du ski et de randonnées enneigées avec des points de vue sur les montagnes du Mercantour.

Very nice apartment with amazing terrace! We spent all the evenings there, in stead of in the restaurants. Very clean, with most of the necessary kitchen tools (we did fill up with some extra glasses, though…:) Easy access to the apartment at check-in, with good instructions. A smal bakery around the corner, and a grocery not too far. There are quite many steps down to the harbour, so if that’s an issue, it’s wort spending some time to locate all the small public elevators/ escalators in the neighbourhood. Quite costly apartment, but it is Monaco (so to speak), and the high standards and the great terrace makes it a winner.
