Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

A perfect Parisian stay! David’s apartment was the ideal home base for our trip to Paris. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to shops, bakeries, and metro stations. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen and helpful local tips. David was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and made check-in easy. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and convenient Paris experience!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Abolutely loved our stay here. so close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. plenty of restaurants close by too.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Sophie ist wirklich die charmanteste, einfühlsamste Vermieterin die man sich denken kann. Extrem hilfsbereit, sehr viele Tipps auch abseits des typischen Tourismus. Die Wohnung ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung hat einen Vintageflair. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sophie reagiert auch extrem schnell (defekter Wasserkocher u.24Std später war ein neuer da). Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick ist das Highlight! Leider mussten wir wegen eines Unfalls die Wohnung nach 3 Tagen verlassen. Auch hier war Sophie sehr hilfsbereit. Ein ganz ganz dickes Dankeschön für die sehr gute Betreuung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - wenn auch nicht dieses Jahr. Und auf jeden Fall buchen wir die Wohnung von Sophie. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Liebe Sophie ich kann dir gar nicht genug danken für deine Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Deine Ladys aus Hamburg:-)

Everything was clean and tidy, great view and super convenient location for the train and metro stations

Consignes claires en amont reponse rapide en cas de besoin. Hote agreable et appartement charmant decore avec gout et pleins d attentions (cafe bouteille d eau etc) je recommande.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Can’t speak more highly of Karin and her peaceful apartment. Everything we need was at hand.. both not well for a few days and the peace and quiet, space made life bearable. I thoroughly recommend Karin’s place and she was so easy, quick and amazingly helpful in letting us in a few hours earlier. So appreciated.

Great host and studio! Pierre was very helpful with recommendations and accommodations. The studio was well designed and modern, and the location is perfect if you want to be ingrained in the beauty of Montmartre.

We had a wonderful stay at this rustic apartment in the heart of the Pigalle neighborhood of Paris. It's on the top floor of a beautiful old building with a balcony running the length of the space that looks out over the street below. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, not anodyne, but personal—for example, charming Buddha statues in the entryway and bathroom—and thoughtfully equipped with clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, and oven. The shower works particularly well. Its location near Place Pigalle is ideal if you don't mind street noise at night, just steps away from great cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the M2 and M12 Metro lines. The host was professional, responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in anytime, and great local recommendations. A solid choice for anyone looking for real Parisian experience.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war genauso schön wie beschrieben – stilvoll, sauber und perfekt gelegen. Sandrine war eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die den Check-in super einfach gemacht hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in Alexandrines Appartement. Es ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Das Disneyland ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Zentrum von Paris mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. TOP! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊👍
