Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Mei My partner and I were glad we took the apartment as it is outside of Paris, so perfect to arrive by car. There was an underground car park where we could park the car. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and as described. The check-in and check-out were super easy, it was communicated exactly how it works and if you had questions you were helped immediately. You can quickly reach the city center of Paris by train. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. We recommend the place.

We love our stay. Although we stayed for a short time, as we spent most of the day at Disney, when we arrived we found a pleasant and quiet place to rest for another night. The shower was great with plenty of pressure in the shower. The cleaning was excellent and when I needed tips, the host promptly responded. very close to a bus stop and voila, in ten minutes we were at Disney. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If we go back, this accommodation will definitely be our choice. thank you!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
