Situé dans un quartier calme de St Maur, proche Paris, stationnement gratuit dans la rue, commerces 5mn à pied, 20mn à pied du metro "le parc St Maur" puis 20mn jusqu'au Halles Studio climatisé décoré avec canapé lit hyper confort, sommier à lattes, matelas épais, petit bureau, cuisine équipée, coin repas, salle de douche Attenant à la maison principale où nous habitons, il est indépendant et bénéficie d'un jardin à votre usage. Non adapté pour les réunions de plus de 4 personnes. Pas de fêtes.
