Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Studio with balcony near Melun

Refurbished 28 m2 studio with 5 m2 balcony, south-facing so very bright. The studio is located on the 10th floor of a residence with parking, caretaker and intercom in the town of Mée sur Seine. At the foot of the building is the pretty Debreuil Park, possibility to stroll, sports course, a touch of greenery between Le Mée and Melun. Melun is therefore accessible on foot via this park, as well as the train station (25 min walk, 10 min by bus) with Paris 30 min via Transilien R (Gare de Lyon).

The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property with 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Located in the heart of Maincy, a village with labels "Village of character" and "Small town of character", this rural and charming accommodation "Les myosotis" is the perfect stop for your stay. This small 45m2 stone outbuilding adjoining the owners' main house, is located on a one-way and quiet street. Parking on the street is free of charge. The space has been thoughtfully appointed. Renovated in 2024 with the support of the CAMVS, this little house will delight you!

For a peaceful stay, a charging station for electric vehicles is available in the heart of the village.

Close to the Seine, the Fontainebleau forest, the castles (Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy les Tours) 5 minutes' walk from the train station, not to mention the Bois le Roi leisure island and its golf course (9 holes) located 3 km away, this charming 20 m2 apartment with all amenities awaits you. A hiking trail is accessible next to the entrance to the property. Pets are also welcome. Our baker who is 200 m away "will delight your taste buds".

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
