Alles tip top. Wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick und ebenso tolle Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Christian hat einige sehr hilfreiche tips für die Gegend gegeben und die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr freundlich. Danke!

Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

Mój pobyt nad jeziorem Iseo w apartamencie u Ingi i Paolo był absolutnie wspaniały! Mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację, blisko jeziora i urokliwych restauracji, co sprawia, że wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki. Gospodarze, Inga i Paolo, zadbali o każdy detal, żeby nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Czuliśmy się tam jak w domu i na pewno wrócimy przy najbliższej okazji! Gorąco polecam wszystkim, którzy szukają idealnego miejsca na relaks.

We had a five-star experience all the way. Upon arrival, I instantly wished our stay had been longer than merely two nights. Super friendly hosts, squeaky clean appartement, renovated with hearth-felled passion in a sustainable way. The kitchen is well-equipped, both in terms of appliances as in kitchenware. The view from the window was so stunning that even on a rainy day, I could have sat there for hours, watching the clouds drift through the valley, revealing shifting layers of depth and beauty. Clutter-free, yet very cozy interior. After dinner, the snug pillows invited us to connect the high quality beamer provided by the host, a project our favorite content on the huge wall. Great location to start a hike right at the doorstep. Timing allowed us to buy locally baked goods, manufactured by one of the villagers, before moving on to our next destination. Each bite, brought back souvenirs of our stay in Maladers. Definitely hope to be able to book again.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit einer guten Ausstattung an guter Lage. Toller Gastgeber, es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Was sollen wir sagen! Nicht nur die Location ist ein Traum und entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos. Auch die Lage ist umwerfend mit Blick über den Gardasee und direkte Anbindung auch fußläufig nach Gargnano, wo es viele süße Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Alles in allem ist das nur noch getoppt worden von Gaby, die wirklich ein Mega Job macht! Sie ist die gute Seele des Hauses, die dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Vom Koffer tragen am Anfang, über spontan Mikrowelle besorgen für das aufwärmen der Baby-Gläschen, bis hin zu Tipps, Müllentsorgung, Brötchen morgens holen-unglaublich diese Frau!!! Wir werden nicht nur die Location, sondern vor allem auch Gaby vermissen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich war das zweite Mal für eine Woche bei Roger und Feli zu Gast. Und ich kann meine guten Erfahrungen vom letzten Aufenthalt vollständig bestätigen: Freundliche Vermieter, sehr sauber, tolle Lage mit Aussicht und Nähe zum See, ruhige Gegend. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen!

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

Ein magisch schöner Ort im Centovalli. Das Rustico ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und empfängt einem mit dem Charme eines alten Tessiner Bauernhauses von 1791. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Woche.

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Federicos gepflegtem Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und der Blick in die Berge sehr. Besonders schön war es, den Morgenkaffee in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Haus im wunderschönen Garten zu genießen oder am späteren Nachmittag etwas Lesezeit auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne unter den Palmen zu verbringen. Toll ist auch der helle und gemütliche Wintergarten für alle Mahlzeiten. Federico ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und teils richtig niedlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft stark von einer normalen Straße abweicht. Man fährt etwa 20 Minuten über sehr herausfordernde Wege. Wer die Natur liebt, wird dafür aber mit absoluter Ruhe und einer traumhaften Umgebung belohnt.

We absolutely loved our stay, and had so much fun walking around the area in the evening. It was so charming!

La maison est parfaitement équipée et idéalement située dans le Parc Ela. Propice à un séjour au calme, proche de la nature avec tout le confort nécessaire. De multiples possibilités de randonnée au départ du logement et alentour. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment en famille dans ce cadre chaleureux. Merci à Geneviève pour ses bons conseils, sa réactivité et ses suggestions qui ont été appréciée.

Einfach unbeschreiblich schöner Urlaub dort. Maria ist eine warmherzige und liebenswürde Gastgeberin. Die Ubterkunft und der Blick übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Platz ohne Ende, Hängematte, Grillstelle, Terasse zum Frühstücken, direkt an der Natur mit dem wohl besten Blick auf den Comer See den es geben kann. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein, wenn man ohne Auto kommt. Es gibt einen steilen direkten Anstieg mit Treppen circa 20-30 min von Rezzonico, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. 200 hm auf circa 1 km. Die Straße ist flacher aber etwas länger. Man kommt mit dem Bus von Como ganz gut nach San Siro, aber die Pünktlichkeit ist bei dem Verkehr in der Hochsaison nicht machbar. Es gibt eine super Pizzaria im Ort aber auch selbst Kochen und den Blick von oben genießen ist perfekt. Durch die Höhe und den Wald ist es an der Unterkunft auch nicht ganz so heiß, wie weiter unten. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Anna ist eine unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten. Wir haben uns in diesen Ort verliebt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Alessia was a wonderful and responsive host. She met us at check in and was very flexible with our arrival time. She helped us to get settled and immediately offered us some lunch recommendations and even helped us set up a boat tour to go on during our trip. Definitely ask her about this! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. Parking was easy and free. One thing to note is that you should be prepared for the steep hill you need to climb to get back to the apartment! Do not underestimate it! But overall this was a lovely stay with an amazing host with GORGEOUS lake views and a huge balcony.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.
