Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un chalet magnifique et très bien équipé , facile d’accès, spacieux , belle vue , hôte sympathique et répond rapidement. Au top 👌🏼

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Toutes les bonnes conditions pour passer un agréable moment et se ressourcer au pied des montagnes et au bord du lac (et y piquer une tête tous les jours évidemment). What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Véritable havre de paix, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet. La vue sur les montagnes, le calme, la nature et la beauté de ce logement nous ont conquis durant quelques jours ; nous aurions même aimé rester plus longtemps. Nathalie est très gentille et nous a accueillis avec un gâteau de Savoie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour parfait, l’appartement, l’emplacement nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, tout est organisé pour que nous soyons bien !

Ich kann die Wohnung von Jasmin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jasmin und Adam waren äußerst freundlich und stets für uns ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Berge. Auch die Umgebung hat uns begeistert – sie bietet viele schöne Orte und faszinierende Aussichten. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein und für eine große Familie, die selbst kochen möchte, nur bedingt geeignet.

Très bon séjour dans cet Airbnb. Bonne communication avec l’hôte, très réactif. Arrivée autonome. Maison parfaitement bien situé, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Ventilateurs disponibles. Des vélos sont à disposition idéal pour visiter Annecy. Parking payant à proximité et également gratuit en s’éloignant.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement proposé à L’Etage du gîte, parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très propre, très confortable et offre un calme absolu et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, donnant des instructions précieuses et des recommandations agréables afin de profiter des bonnes adresses aux alentours. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Lathuile.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Nous avons passé 4 belles nuits dans le logement proposé par Guillaume. Accueil irréprochable, Guillaume est extrêmement gentil et prévenant !! Visite ensemble de l'appartement et explications. Concernant le logement, il est vraiment top ! Chaleureux , emménagé avec goût. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, d'absolument rien ! C'était un réel plaisir de séjourner chez Guillaume, il est certain que si nous revenons un jour sur Sallanches nous reviendrons chez Guillaume ☺️

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Un séjour très agréable dans ce logement. Nous avons adoré la terrasse sous le glycine, la grande pièce principale très lumineuse et sa bibliothèque de bandes-dessinées que nous ne sommes pas parvenues à épuiser malgré un rythme intensif mais aussi les allers et venues du chat noir, très attachant ou le poêle mis à disposition. Agnès a, par ailleurs, été une hôte très réactive, et aidante. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
