Located in the Hyper Center, my best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. This wonderful residence, formerly owned by a famous French actor, and its garden form part of a hectare wide park. Frequent deer. Unique view on the French countryside. Only 20 minutes away from Paris and Versailles Castle. The East wing of the house is reserved to our hosts. Private entrance. Downstairs : dining-room and a large double room with its bathroom. Upstairs : a room with two single beds, a connecting double room, and a bathroom.

Pleasant 20 m2 fully equipped studio with garden and outdoor parking. Located in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk to local shops and a 5-minute drive to the commercial area (Auchan Plaisir, One Nation, Nike outlet, Adidas...) and many restaurants that I will be happy to recommend.
