The studio is on the garden side of a townhouse a few steps from line 14 St Ouen RER. The house and studio share a large wooden terrace with a wooded and walled garden. We prefer discreet people because access to the studio is via the house. After midnight we ask not to make any noise, but a return after midnight is perfectly ok. The studio is new. There is high-speed WiFi but no TV.
