The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night)... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but it remains a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping mall in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

The place was very nice and had everything you needed. Perfect for two people. The opposite is also very good and also safe at night. The subway station can be reached quickly. The hostess was very friendly and also responded quickly.

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

We have stayed at Eva’s apartment several times now and recommend it highly. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, charming and our favourite place to stay in Paris. Eva is a lovely, charming host who knows the area so well. We can’t recommend her apartment enough.

Very satisfied with my stay at Aline's place. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, quiet, surrounded by shops and close to the metro. Very responsive and friendly hosts. The unobstructed view of the Sacré-Cœur is a real plus.

Tom's place was very easy to navigate. It was centrally located and had an elevator. The view from the top floor made it worth it, it was absolutely stunning. There was a tad bit of confusion when it came to picking up the keys. The keys are in a locker INSIDE of the bar Dunquerk, not outside or anything. The staff there were very friendly and answered our questions. 10/10 recommend - we will rebook this place when we return.

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

Perfect stay! Check in was not too tricky, the lovely next door neighbour who is also the cleaner assisted us and made us feel comfortable! We were also able to leave our baggage with him after checking out as we had a late train. The house was clean and cool, in a good area that’s not too loud or anything and the bedroom is downstairs so quiet. Stairs are quite steep so if you have mobility issues might not work. You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

We had a great time at Guillaume's place! The house is close to Paris, easily accessible by public transport, and in a very quiet location. The place is true to the description, very clean, you immediately feel at home, and all this at a reasonable price. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
