Située près du bourg de Ploudalmézeau, dans une rue calme et résidentielle et à non loin du bord de mer (Portsall...) ! Un pied à terre idéal pour découvrir le Pays d'Iroise et le Finistère (GR34, plages de sable fin, eaux couleurs « glaz », Pays des Abers, phare de l'île Vierge, îles de Molène et Ouessant, parc naturel marin d'Iroise, Côte des Légendes, Brest…).

It will offer you a great view of the Aber-Benoît outlet. It is surrounded by a garden and large terraces. The house was renovated in 2021 with a beachfront spirit. The land is enclosed. Here you’ll find: 5 minutes' walk, a small very convenient shop, Béniguet beach, a nautical center. 10 km away, Ploudalmezeau, Brest, its castle, Océanopolis... 25 minutes away If you'd like to take a walk, there are plenty of paths available.

Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). A full itinerary!

Beachfront vacation home

Ideally located a short walk to Béniguet Beach at the mouth of Aber Benoît, this pretty 60 m2 single-storey wooden frame house that has just been completed can accommodate 4-6 people. Close to amenities (convenience store, weekly market in summer...), the beaches of St Pabu and the coastal trails await you! Sheets and towels are included in the price for a minimum of 3 nights (less than 3 nights rental possible from 10e per person). No Wi-Fi.
