The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

Ground floor apartment located 2 minutes from the slopes of Saint Pierre by car, beautiful quiet view in a residential house, 70 m2, large living room with large screen TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, games area, 2 bedrooms with beds of 160 + 1 children's bedroom with pull-out bed. Travel cot. (sheets not provided) Bathroom with integrated toilet (washer and dryer). Pellet stove (provided) + electric. Pets allowed, but please do not leave them alone. Terrace and parking. No PM access.

Je loue ce chalet à la semaine, il s'agit de ma résidence principale. Il est bien équipé, cosy et offre un lieu de détente pour toute la famille. Accès aux pistes de ski, balades, forêt, vtt, alpages, sans prendre la voiture. Une piste vous amène chez moi à 1750 m d'altitude, au pied du Cambre d'Aze qui domine à 2750m.
