The house is ideal if you’re looking to relax completely, as everything is within walking distance: all amenities are just a few metres away. Terrace, garden, a lovely veranda for dining, barbecue, etc. Unobstructed views, lifeguard-supervised beaches and water sports just a stone’s throw away (100m), shopping, a bakery, restaurants and the tourist office 100m away.

La situation est idéale pour profiter des plages, du port, des commerces , du marché , des restaurants, des activités nautiques, du sentier des douaniers ( GR 34) .... et tout est accessible à pied. vous disposez également d'une petite annexe dans la même cour , sur 2 niveaux, disposant d'une buanderie et d'un local de rangement (vélos à disposition )
