This apartment is in the top ten of Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Europe. Everything was clean, neat, and of higher quality. Don’t let the exterior of the building detract from what is inside. The location puts you within a 10 minute walk to the train station or car rental on a level, smooth walk. Michel’s packet of information was clear and direct. We let ourselves in with no trouble. The kitchen, bathroom, and shower were all clean and adequately supplied. We had a rental car and were able to park in the private/ free lot 4 nights in a row. The pictures shown in the Airbnb were true to the actual property. What you see is what you will get for a very reasonable price( in comparison to other Normandy locations). We felt safe there and the apartment was quiet with a good bed. Michel was quick to respond and was a good host, Oregon, USA

The lady met with us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful from the start. Gave a guided tour of the apartment. Lots of helpful stuff in the kitchen that we had forgotten, but are necessary. Having its own garage is a massive bonus when staying in a city centre. I would really recommend this place. Peter

Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in a lovely and quaint town on the beach. The apartment was clean, had lovely decorations and amenities, and the view out the window made us want to stay in and cancel all of our plans to tour the surrounding areas! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and had helpful suggestions to make our stay even better.

This is the most beautiful apartment, ideally located in the old town just a stone’s throw from the Abbaye aux Hommes. Two spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen/living room and all so light and homely. Despite being so close to all the main attractions of the old town, the apartment is exceptionally quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Karine!

Great place to stay. Very good location, very walkable with lots of restaurants and things to do right around the corner. The apartment was very nice and VERY high value. Well worth the low price we paid. Marie was an excellent host, very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again if I came through the area!

Our 6 night stay at Antony’s in central Caen was very good. We parked at place de la mare, which is directly opposite and easy to get to using the car GPS system. Meeting with Aurelio was smooth and efficient Keys in hand we could then move to the accommodation car park and bring all our gear inside. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is very central to walk to the centre of Caen but also provides easy access to visit d day beaches, Hornfleur etc. Arrived during a heat wave, and although the apartment is shaded and cool at 35 degrees we decided to go and buy a fan. Problem with heat solved we settled in for a comfortable stay, leaving the fan for future guests to enjoy on departure.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

What a gem this house is! The house was full of charm and nice touches, with a beautiful and spacious backyard garden. Our family enjoyed the history of the area--an easy walk to the Baterie--and its proximity to Bayeux.

Michaël's welcome is very pleasant. Smile on top of that. Easy contact. The house is ideally located for those who wish to visit the landing beaches. Initially, we planned to eat at the surrounding restaurants. But the house's facilities made us want to enjoy our stay in this place. I would highly recommend this home. This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

Mr. QUESNEL is a welcoming, friendly and respectful host. He informed us about the different shops and the festivities nearby. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and very pleasant to live in. We had a great time with the family. A stay to be repeated without hesitation.

This was my third time at Emmanuel and Beatrice’s place. They have always been very kind to deal with and they strive to make my experience there better! I loved this place ! It was incredibly clean and very comfortable -- especially the bed. The apartment is within walking distance of everything, including the train station. There are great restaurants nearby and a grocery store a couple of blocks away. The pickup spot for the bus tours to the Normandy beaches are just around the corner, as is the Tapestry Museum. The location is just perfect. There are some steep stairs getting up to the front door and within the apartment itself, so someone with mobility issues might have problems, but other than that, this apartment is a 10\10 for me !

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

Awesome beachfront with children , beach in front of the bay of the loggia, sublime view, easy parking, secure residence with gate beep. Functional apt, very well arranged, space, big plus the closed loggia that opens up entirely . Yasmina on arrival and departure very flexible and good advice. Friendly and available hosts. 5 minutes from Cabourg and 15 minutes from Houlgate, easy access to visit the flowery coast as well as the landing sites. We recommend it in a second . Cdlt. Very well located bright and cozy apartment with small balcony and ultra convenient parking location Vincent was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times his qualifier as a great host is quite deserved I recommend it without hesitation!!
