This 85 m2 accommodation with a 40 m2 patio is located close to the Île-aux-Pies (Classified as a Major Natural Site). Close to the Nantes-Brest Canal. Family walks or visits to the surroundings and leisure activities will entertain you. Only: 10 min from LA GACILLY (Photo festival, artisans). 15 min from ROCHEFORT-EN-TERRE. 45 minutes from Vannes and the beach.

Quiet countryside cottage near river and canal

Set in an small hamlet this spacious cottage is a perfect base for walking, cycling, canoeing or just relaxing and listening to the birdsong. It is close to a beautiful nature reserve on the river Oust where it joins the Nantes-Brest canal. The village of Peillac is 4km for bread and basics, the large town of Redon (TGV Paris) is 10 minutes. Nearby is the village of La Gacilly home of Yves Rocher and an important and stunning photography exhibition. Rose Cottage is a perfect rural retreat.

Located less than 1 km from Île aux Pies, you can enjoy walks in the forest or cycling on the canal. Other activities are nearby such as canoeing, climbing and tree climbing... we are on the trail of the Canal de Nantes à Brest. This peaceful 70m2 home offers a relaxing stay for a couple, friends or family up to 6 people. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the village of Bains sur Oust with several shops and also the natural site of Ile aux Pies (walks along the Oust ,climbing, canoeing/kayaking and Paillote). The towns of Redon and La Gacilly are 10 minutes away, ideal for cultural visits and beautiful bike rides. On-site hot tub for a fee.

La Belle Jeannette, Nice 3-star country cottage

Country cottage, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century farmhouse, located in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! A small private garden equipped with a garden table, barbecue and swing to enjoy the outdoors in peace.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. During winter, the outdoor lounge will not be installed. For more than 4 people, a surcharge is requested, and the living room sofa is counted as a bed with linens. *Please note that this is my main house, and some items remain in place. Please do not touch them.

Our cottage can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably installed in 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a shower room and toilet. The house has a large equipped kitchen, a games room with pool table, foosball table, darts and a lounge area. Outside, a zip line, slide, swing, trampoline, a large 4000 m2 lot and garden furniture.

We welcome you to our charming little trailer located on the heights of our farm where we raise goats organically to make cheese. Located 200 meters from the farm and our home, you will be quiet, lulled by the stream that flows below the trailer. From the terrace you will have panoramic views of the Oust Valley.
